Moving to Haywood Road in West Asheville

Renovations in Progress at 701 Haywood Road

We could not be more excited to announce our upcoming move to 701 Haywood Road in West Asheville! Take note of the "before photo" in this post, because this space is undergoing a complete transformation.

As many of you know, this building is home to the acclaimed Neng Jr.'s, a 2023 James Beard Finalist for Best New Restaurant—and they will continue to operate here. Elevate Asheville Realty Group, along with a select few local businesses, will join them in Spring 2025.

The building and the parking lot across the street will serve as a community hub and meeting space for many local organizations including the West Asheville Business Association. Stay tuned for future updates and announcements!
