Carter isn't a desk-bound broker calling shots from a back office—he's an active agent who knows what it takes to go above and beyond for every client. He founded Elevate Asheville in May 2024 with a clear mission: deliver an elevated real estate experience for both buyers and sellers.
Carter's knowledge of the trends and features in Western North Carolina Real Estate dates back to luxury onsite sales in the early 2000s, matching buyers with unique mountain resort properties in Jackson County, and setting the stage for their custom builds throughout the western part of the state.
As the second generation of his family’s real estate leadership in Western North Carolina, Carter brings several skillsets into play in every transaction. A formally trained software engineer, he’s run tech and digital marketing for local and regional hospitality and real estate businesses for over a decade, giving him the tools to strategically market properties and streamline the entire process.
