Sarah brings 7 years of experience as a North Carolina real estate agent, along with a deep appreciation for Asheville and its unique homes. She lives in the historic Montford neighborhood and has personally renovated two period houses—one midcentury in Sarasota, Florida, and a beautiful Victorian right here in Asheville. Her firsthand experience with restoration and investment gives her an eye for detail and a strong understanding of what makes a property truly special.

Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, a seasoned investor, or preparing to sell, Sarah’s disciplined work ethic and tailored approach mean you’ll be supported every step of the way. She’s also a landlord and real estate investor herself, so she understands the needs of a wide range of clients.

Originally from the East Coast, Sarah has lived in Colorado and Los Angeles, where she worked in digital entertainment at Paramount Pictures before returning east to raise her family. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Colorado at Boulder and brings thoughtful communication and sharp insight to every transaction.

When she’s not working with clients, Sarah enjoys hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains, traveling, doing Pilates, and baking gluten-free treats with her two daughters.
